Watercolor paintings are often technically good but still lack
spark and freshness – it’s a challenge. This class will focus on: Color theory
• Fresh, clean color • Intuitive negative painting • Incorporating soft lost
edges and sharp found edges • Spontaneous, sure brushwork • Stronger

design, Landscape scenes and flowers will be our subjects and photos will be provided for your use.
There will be demos, exercises, critique and lots of painting time. Bring your materials and for suggested supplies.
